INDCAR has entered into an integration agreement with the Spanish car body maker Car-bus.net. This strategic operation is part of its international growth and expansion plan, thereby strengthening the company’s position in the industry and broadening its product offering.
This strategic integration will allow INDCAR to diversify its portfolio and offer solutions suited to multiple chassis configurations, consolidating a range that covers both the urban and tourist segments.
With this acquisition, INDCAR expands its current product range, adding the Spica and Shaula models on Mercedes-Benz chassis to its offering.
INDCAR will produce more than 650 units by 2026 and will have a workforce of more than 330 professionals, thereby increasing its industrial capacity and significantly strengthening its range of minibuses to meet the demands of the current market and further consolidate its leading position in the minibus segment, in the domestic and European markets alike.
“This deal represents a key milestone in INDCAR’s growth strategy. We are convinced that this integration will bring great value to our customers and business partners, better responding to their needs and expectations, in order to further consolidate our leading position in the minibus segment,” says Gael Queralt, INDCAR CEO.
Jordi Monferrer, CEO at Car-bus.net, has stated that “Car-bus.net is extremely proud to enter into this integration agreement with INDCAR, a leading company in the minibus industry in Europe. This integration ensures a stronger future for our team and our project, and opens up greater opportunities for growth and development in the European markets together with a company such as INDCAR”.
