QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY AT WORK
The INDCAR Group manufactures passenger vehicle bodies and its purpose is to offer comprehensive mobility solutions that are environmentally friendly and meet the needs of its customers. To achieve this goal, Management is committed to quality, occupational risk prevention, and environmental protection as a fundamental principle in all its activities and in line with its mission to contribute to social well-being and sustainable development.
The INDCAR Group adopts an Integrated Management System for quality, occupational risk prevention, and environmental protection as a means of ensuring long-term results, with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement in all its processes.
All Group employees play an important and active role in achieving the organization’s objectives in all areas and, under the leadership of Management, assume the following commitments:
• Quality management, innovation, occupational risk prevention, and environmental protection are ways not only to meet customer expectations but also to permanently improve their level of satisfaction through value creation.
• Continuous process improvement to better meet commitments to quality, respect for the environment, and prevention of disease, personal injury, and pollution, fostering the search for innovative solutions and knowledge sharing.
• Promote a culture of quality, occupational risk prevention, and environmental protection throughout the organization, with suppliers, and, in general, in the environments in which it operates.
• Consideration of environmental aspects and sustainability criteria in all of the Company’s activities, with the aim of minimizing their impact on the environment and promoting the rational use of resources at all times.
• Environmental protection by developing awareness, training, and sensitization initiatives for its employees and stakeholders.
• Compliance with legal and other requirements to which the organization subscribes regarding environmental and safety risks, including human health.
• Implementation and updating of the Management System, integrating economic, technical, environmental, and occupational risk prevention aspects, and, in general, all those that contribute to quality and sustainability.
• Promoting internal and external communication, as well as employee participation, to ensure they are involved in the various aspects of the Management System.
• Integration of the principles of quality, occupational risk prevention, and environmental management into the Company’s strategy and the development of its activities through process management and the establishment of appropriate objectives.
• Improvement of overall productivity and economic efficiency through improved working conditions, technological development, and quality and safety assurance in processes and work teams.
• Staff training and learning, improving their knowledge and skills to facilitate the achievement of the group’s objectives.
• Promoting equal opportunities for all people and non-discrimination on any grounds.
• Creating value for society through the protection of workers and the environment, continuously improving the safety of our production process, and minimizing the environmental impact of both our processes and our products.
By signing this document, Management undertakes to lead, promote, and maintain this POLICY, as well as to provide all the means at its disposal necessary to achieve this objective.
