Sagales, one of the largest Spanish operators in collective bus transport, has purchased a 37-seater Indcar Next L9 built on a Mercedes Atego 12.24 chassis. The Indcar Next L9 is equipped with an Om 936 engine with 6 cylinders, 7.7 liters and 238 horsepower. Matched up is the Mercedes PowerShift 3 automated gearbox, now a must on the entire new Atego range, in this case with eight speeds. The front suspensions are mechanical with parabolic springs, while the rear pneumatic ones with electronic level management and hydraulic shock absorbers.
Indcar Next L9, safety is everything
The safety package includes self-ventilated disc brakes that include the functions of Abs, Asr and Ebd, all completed by a Telma electromagnetic retarder. The wheels, on the other hand, are 235/75 mounted on 17.5 rims. Also a feature standard is the FleetBoard EcoSupport device capable of assisting the driver according to the driving style, giving him indications for a more economical ride.

The Indcar Next L9 midibus chosen by Sagales measures 9.4 meters for a height that slightly exceeds 3.3 meters while the 4.7 meter wheelbase allows particularly limited turning radii, a feature much appreciated by all operators called to provide the service on the narrow streets of the historic city centers.
