Last week, 5 new units of the Mobi City urban minibus were presented in the coastal city of Alassio for Tpl Línea, the company that manages the urban transport service in the Savona area. The minibuses, build by Indcar, have been sold through Iveco Orecchia dealer, official Iveco distributor in the area.
Minibuses for providing a 100% urban service.
The new vehicles will provide a 100% urban service, since they are class I minibuses. 7 meters long and 2.2 meters wide, these minibuses are ideal for the city, taking into account their compact size on the outside but great capacity, up to 44 passengers and the great use of the internal space.
A complete equipment
The minibuses are equipped with Lazzarini urban seats, internal video surveillance system, TELMA electric brake, 8-speed Hi-Matic gearbox, driver protection screen, passenger entry and exit control, line signs and a comprehensive touch system that brings together all vehicle functions in one device.

The minibuses are built on an Iveco Daily 70c18 Euro VI chassis. Euro VI diesel engines reduce their CO2 emissions by up to 50% compared to previous regulations (Euro V and Euro IV). The renewal of fleets is a very relevant aspect for reducing emissions and improving air quality in cities. For this same reason, the president of Tpl Linea, Simona Sacone, highlights: “The new buses will be immediately in circulation on the Savona lines: comfort, greater safety, less environmental impact and an internal video surveillance system that offer a service of modern and functional public transport adapted to the needs of our users and travellers”.* source
